The Koperasi Pedagang Kopi Ketiara, located in the forests in the Takengon Highland in the Aceh region, is a women-run cooperative founded by Ibu Rahmah who had operated and managed her family’s coffee business for 20 years. The natural drying method used in its production results in a very full body with a concentrated flavor. The coffee has a low acidity, high body and a richness that lingers on the back corners on your tongue.
