Cardullo's have a weekend
Courier delivery available for Metro Boston area. We do recommend to
schedule all weekend deliveries during regular hours for Cardullo's Shipping
Department, which is Monday-Friday 10AM-5:30PM.

The majority of our orders are shipped with
FedEx Ground Shipping. Please, review our
FedEx Ground Shipping Charges for all orders within continental USA. They are based on the value of your order and
are automatically calculated at your check out.

Please, indicate in the Special
Instructions section
within our shopping cart, weather your delivery address is residential or
business address. Feel free to specify a future
shipping date, or add a note for your gift within Gift Card section.

The Tea Club and Gift Certificate Shipping
Options are available only when purchasing those certain items, namely a
subscription to the Cardullo's Tea Club or a Cardullo's Gift Certificate. If
you select either of these options for an order that does not qualify the
shipping option will be changed to FedEx Ground and the shipping and handling
fee will be adjusted to reflect this change.

During the warmer temperatures, only
Courier same day deliveries are available on Fridays and weekends. All
perishable orders received on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Each shipping address requires a separate shipping charge. Orders that are shipped to different
addresses must be placed separately.

| For gift basket orders, Cardullo's reserve the right to substitute products of like value and
quality in the event of inventory shortages. |

Wine or champagne can be added to a basket
upon request. Any wine may be paired with any basket. We may be limited to what states we can
ship wine to. |

For each re-routed package due to an
incorrect address, there will be a $15.00 fee. |

For Alaska and Hawaii, add $15.00 to the
FedEx Ground shipping charges. |
FedEx Ground / Home Delivery
For FedEx Ground delivery to all business
addresses is conducted Monday-Friday.
For Cardullo's, FedEx Ground generally represent
one business day (1 Day) delivery for larger part of New England area.
A business day does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. The
day that order is shipped is not counted as a business day. Example: If we ship
a package on Monday and it takes 2 business days to arrive, your package will
arrive on Wednesday.
FedEx Home delivery is available
Tuesday-Saturday. Delivery with specified hour of
arrival and FedEx Saturday Home delivery is possible, but additional charges
will apply. Please call shipping department at

FedEx Express
FedEx Overnight and 2nd Day delivery
denote BUSINESS DAYS, they do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays
by default. An overnight
shipment placed on Friday is a Monday delivery. If
Saturday delivery is specified, additional charges will apply.
Shipping charges for FedEx Express orders are based on the weight,
dimensions and destination of your shipment. When selecting FedEx Express delivery options,
please be advised that our shopping cart can provide only rough estimates of
shipping costs. A representative will contact you in the event that the
actual fee is greater or lesser than the posted fee.
Courier Same Day Delivery
Courier delivery charges are based on driving distance from Cambridge, MA to the
destination town.
Same Day Delivery
is available with
Economy, Standard or Rush service option. Cardullo's can deliver to any location!
To assure better service, we would recommend to place your orders before Friday
12 noon, Eastern time. Please, call us at 617-491-8888 and ask for
Shipping Department to review all possible options.
International Orders / PO, APO & FPO addresses
Shipping and handling charges for international orders are processed
individually, based on the weight and dimensions of order. All international
orders are shipped via USPS. Feel free to call our shipping department at
617-491-8888 for more information regarding your order. Please note that
we do ship outside the
United States to PO, APO or FPO via USPS.
Cardullos.com
Cardullo's Gourmet Shoppe is using a combination of FedEx and
Courier deliveries. Cardullos.com has only FedEx option in the shopping cart,
but it can be changed to Courier delivery. Please call us at 617-491-8888
to make relevant changes.
Gift Certificates Delivery
Cardullo’s Gift Certificates are
currently redeemable only in person at our Harvard Sq location in Cambridge, MA.
Gift certificates can be purchases in our store or at Cardullos.com. There
is no charge for shipping gift
certificates within continental USA.
Holiday Season
During holiday periods, due
to high volume, same day shipping might not be feasible.
We will happily custom assemble a basket
of your choice anytime except during the two weeks prior to Christmas. During
this period there is a $200.00 minimum on custom baskets. However minor
customization to the baskets in our program is possible on orders of $60.00 or
more. Please place your order sufficiently in advance to ensure delivery by your
desired date.
