We guarantee the freshness of every product in the Shoppe. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept unopened returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Online Purchases

We stand behind every product we sell – If you are not completely satisfied with your order, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. In an effort to ensure the best service possible, please call or email our shipping department to discuss a mutually agreed upon solution prior to shipping anything. Return products should be sent to the address below and please remember to include your name, address, and a telephone number where we can reach you. Please ensure that the box is well packaged, and insured for the full value of the product.

We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, we will gladly ship its replacement to you free of charge.

Items purchased in our retail store can be returned within 30 days of purchase date accompanied by a valid sales receipt. Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of sale items.
