Return / Exchange policy:
All
disputes have to be conducted within two weeks of purchase in the store or
at the Cardullos.com. Please include a letter specifically explaining the
concern. The following criteria
is applied for all purchases:

items of dispute have to be sent or brought to the store. |

have to be accompanied with a valid sales
receipt for the items being exchanged.

Exchanges are possible if the original packaging of products are intact
(unopened).

Returns are available only for the
defective items which are not on sale. Please indicate whether you'd like
us to issue you a replacement or store credit. |

No cash

include the shipping label from the outside of your package for

Taxes
A sales tax rate of 5% will be applied to
non-food items.

Your credit card will not be
charged until your order has been processed and shipped.
Gift Basket Orders
We reserve the right to substitute products of like value and
quality in the event of inventory shortages. Wine or Champagne can be added to a
basket upon special request. Any wine may be paired with any basket.
Note: We may be limited to what states we can ship wine to.
