Donez J. Cardullo Tavilla

Donez worked side-by-side with her Dad for seven years learning every facet of Cardullo's Gourmet Shoppe, which is when she developed her incredible depth of product knowledge and love of interacting with customers. Donez is also an avid cook and is most proud of her baccala (salted cod) stew. Her fondest food memories are eating homemade fondue as a child, champagne risotto in Assisi and fresh ricotta in the mountains of Naples.

She is a proud member of both Les Dames d'Escoffier and The National Italian American Foundation. Donez graduated summa cum laude from Boston College where she majored in Psychology. She is married to her childhood sweetheart, Ricky and has a son, Stefano Andrea.

Donez' favorite sandwich is the perra salata.

Francesca Cardullo Sibble

Francesca Cardullo Sibble fell in love with the store from a young age, spending days playing with the Shoppe's coffee bean drawers, helping customers and arranging displays in the store as soon as she learned to walk and talk. Since then, her love of food and helping customers has evolved into a passion for entertaining—Francesca is the perfect hostess and is famed for her beautiful fetes. She also continues to create all of the Shoppe’s window and store displays.

Francesca graduated from Emmanuel College and spent fourteen years working for the Four Seasons Hotel. She plays tennis and enjoys needlepoint work and is actively involved with several charities and committees. Francesca is married to a Boston attorney and they have three children between them.

Francesca's favorite sandwich is the Caprese.

Francis P. Cardullo

Francis Cardullo is the youngest of the Cardullo siblings and spent his childhood divided between farm life in Ohio and building forts in the Shoppe's Harvard Square heavens when he wasn't the busy 11-year old working the store's cash register and answering customer's questions. Francis is also the Shoppe's resident chocoholic.

After graduating from Ohio Northern University with a degree in international business and economics, Francis began his own wedding photography company, Cardullo Photography. He is a member of Les Amis d’Escoffier and enjoys Latin dancing and international travel.

Francis' favorite sandwich is the Parisian with ham.
