Spring is here - finally! At Cardullo's, we are doing our spring cleaning, getting ready for Mayfair (the annual spring festival that takes place in Harvard Square on the first Sunday of May), and we are constantly on the lookout for new and exciting products. Be sure to see the "what's new at Cardullo's" section on page four.
May 5th is the traditional Cinco de Mayo festival and I have some history and suggestions for you on page two.
Mother's day is May 8th. Check out my Mother's Day suggestions on page two.
This issue is all about (well, almost) cheese. Our cheese department has been expanded and we are ready for you to make Cardullo's your cheese Shoppe. If you don't see what you want, I'm sure we can get it for you.
I am also very excited about our new smoker. We will be doing apple wood smoked salmon and many more wonderful things in it. See page four for more information.
